About Selectives Home Care

Our mission

Selectives Home Care is committed to providing quality home care to our clients through teaching, personal care, emotional support and respect. We strive to offer excellent and affordable home care and community-based social services to individuals and families throughout the state of Maryland.

In practice that means non-medical help with the ordinary tasks of daily life — bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, reminders, housekeeping and transport — delivered by trained caregivers under a plan your family approves.

We provide care to families across multiple Maryland counties, including Baltimore City and Baltimore, Montgomery, Howard and Prince George’s counties, from our office at 1301 York Rd, Suite 800, Lutherville, MD 21093. Selectives Home Care is a licensed Maryland Residential Service Agency, license number RSA-02896, regulated by the Maryland Department of Health’s Office of Health Care Quality.

Most families who choose Selectives pay privately, which lets us build care around your schedule and preferences — private pay is our primary focus. We also participate as a Maryland Medicaid provider (Provider No. 772588400) under the Community Options Program. Medicaid services are subject to eligibility, authorization, program requirements and service availability, so the simplest next step is to call us and talk through your options.
