How can we help?
Care built around your family’s situation
Selectives provides non-medical home care for older adults, adults who need help with daily living, and people with developmental disabilities — personal care, companionship, dementia support, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands and transportation. From a few hours a week to live-in and respite care. Not skilled nursing or medical treatment.

Why families choose Selectives
You are trusting us with someone irreplaceable
Selectives Home Care was built on a simple commitment: quality, affordable home care delivered with teaching, personal care, emotional support and respect. We are locally owned, licensed by the State of Maryland, and small enough that the person who answers the phone knows your family’s name.
Every caregiver is background-checked and trained, and matched to your loved one as much for temperament as for skills. If a match isn’t right, we change it — no awkward conversations required.
