  • Approved means ready for payroll.

Fixing a time problem

Forgot to clock in or out? Wrong time? Tell the office here so you are paid correctly.

  1. Tap Hours at the bottom, then Report a time problem. (If Home shows a yellow warning about a missed clock-in, you can also tap Report a problem there.)
  2. Choose the shift and what happened.
  3. If you know them, type the right times, like 2026-09-27 15:00 (year-month-day, then the time in 24-hour format: 3 PM is 15:00).
  4. Explain what happened in a sentence or two, then tap Submit report.

The office reviews it and you get a notification when it’s done. Only the office can change official times.

Quick help

My sign-in code didn’t arrive

Wait a minute and check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you typed the email the office has for you. Then tap Send sign-in code again. If it still doesn’t come, call the office.

It says my code is wrong or expired

Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes. Request a new one. After several wrong tries, sign-in pauses for a while to protect your account; call the office if you need in sooner.

I can’t clock in at the client’s home

Turn on location (see Turning on location), step outside or near a window, and tap Try location again. If it still won’t work, tap Request location review and say why, or call your supervisor. They can approve it.

I forgot to clock out

Use Report a time problem and type the time you actually left.

I don’t see the Clock-in button

The button only appears for a shift assigned to you. Check Schedule. If your shift is missing, call the office.

The page says it is busy, or it won’t load

Check your internet connection and try again in a few seconds. The portal won’t save anything twice. If you were clocking in, look at Home to see whether it worked before trying again.

I got a new phone

Just open the portal on the new phone and sign in with your email. Nothing else to set up.
